Vera Sistenich from the Rotary e-club of Greater Sydney will be presenting on Tuesday, 28 February.   Vera is an Emergency Medicine Specialist who is helping to establish a first responder/emergency medical response culture in Kinshasa, Congo.

Visitors are welcome to attend.    The Club meets for dinner on the third floor of the Randwick Club at 7pm and then moves to the fourth floor of the Club for our general meeting and presentation.

Want to help the Mental Health of your Community?  This low-cost 12-hour Mental Health First Aid Certificate Course teaches members of the public first aid skills for helping people experiencing a mental health crisis, mental health problems or the early onset of mental illness. After the successful completion of the course and the online assessment, a 3-year accreditation as a Standard Mental Health First Aider is available (see www.mhfa.com.au).

Alison Crossley will give a presentation to Rotary members on ‘The Psychological Benefits of Storytelling and How We Can Help Tell Your Story (or at least get you started)'. The presentation is an encouragement to start thinking about beginning a life review in any form (e.g.. oral, audio, photographic, written…).
Alison is a registered psychologist as well as the interviewer for That’s My Life, while her husband Paul is the creative/technical film producer/director.
